Globe & Mail names Shiroki “Canada’s first and only premium sake producer”.  Since 2007 Shiroki has been growing and harvesting premium rice, for making sake, right here in BC.

You’ll experience six exceptional variations of rice wine featured alongside culinary treats like local seafood and foie gras.

Over the past 19 years, Poplar Grove’s vision has remained the same: to make world class wines to reflect the spirit of the Okanagan Valley terrior.  Each year, the winemaker team, handcrafts the Poplar Grove wines with care being true to their mandate to guide the winemaking process with little or no interruption of the natural process.

Huh, not far off what we have going on here, well except for that whole Okanagan Valley terrior scene.  Chef and his creative culinary team will handcraft the best menu to pair with these fantastic wines right here in AURA.  Let the games begin!
